Orders are processed only after successful payment, made securely via Razorpay (Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Wallets). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

RIWANA's skin quiz and any product recommendations, skin identity results, or guidance provided through a consultation with a RIWANA skin expert are intended for general skincare guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or concern, please consult a qualified dermatologist before starting any new skincare routine.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and the RIWANA name and branding — is the property of RIWANA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
